Dr. Tracey received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer Chiropractic - Florida campus. Before entering chiropracic school she earned her Masters of Science in Sport Psychology and Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science from California University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Tracey is also certified in many techniques to be able serve her patients to the best of her ability.

She has spent her career eduating herself on what creates chronic pain in the human body. She was disabled with chronic pain for several years with no hope through medical means to recover. She started researching and found specific chiropractic techniques, manual therapies and foundational nutrition protocols to improve her quality of life. She is the creator of Myostretching - a NeuroMuscular Rehabilitation program which is a movement program designed for the specific needs of Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/ME and Ehlers Danlos patients.
She now brings her expertise to Lancaster, PA. and is looking forward to helping our community.
Dr. Tracey enjoys living a life filled with family, friends and adventure. She loves to travel with her husband John and to go on long walks with her puppy, Paco.
